Im with Kenshinchan, if the stain and missing parts were not listed then the seller was hiding it.

But I am a bit ticked about ebay at the moment. Around Christmas I bought a costume, but did not look at it closely until today. They had pinned the hat to the front of the dress, when I removed the pin the hat was coving a yellow spot on the dress. The spot was not from the pin. Kind of drives ya crazy.
